Image was downloaded and flashed to our lab machine successfully. This image can be running in our lab flawlessly, along with your Mr. Do video. We did try to update new firmware v812 and it successed in our lab either. suc.jpg We did not have any idea with this issue yet. Will update you here soon.

yes. Model 2/2W/5C were equipped a TF memory card and the card can be pulled out from slot when power supply removed.

You can input image file name and location in the left dropbox, and then choose drive letter for the TF card on right.
Finally you can click 'Read' button to read the content of TF card to the local file.

Is there possibility to backup the TF card content of your 2W by win32diskimager and upload it to somewhere for us to download and analysis?
