I must retire for today - not sure the next step, the drivers are installed, the unit and the PC have been restarted, however there's no device detected in windows (in this mode). The files were copied over to the FAT16 directory using DG. I did have to format that partition first with DG as it was ...

Doing that now - do I need to change the volume names or anything else other than copy the fat16 files over and then format the fat32 partition... or change drive letters?

Ok - recovered the partition table and then restored the image to the EXT4 partition.

Because there were no EXT4 partitions on the drive I created one as DG requires a partition to place the image file - I use this one, correct?

It appears that Normal Boot mode no longer functions - this is with no jumpers, correct? The device does not show up anywhere (RNDIS or Network / Device Manager etc) unless it is in USB Memory Stick mode.
Also for troubleshooting the blue light is flashing on the device.

I can only restate that I am asking you for assistance to restore the device. As there is no other support or forum that I'm aware of for Beadapanel, then my only other option will be to throw the screen in the trash, which would be a pity.
