Hello, i have recently perched a TI DSP C2000 TMS320LF2407 F2407 Development Board
and i use wondering if i had to use a XDS510 USB JTAG Emulator in order to communicate
with the Board, or can i communicate with the Board via RS232 serial port ???

Hi, RS232 can be used to communicate with your software on DSP side but you still need JTAG Emulator for low level debugging.
