MINI2440 VGA converter board VHD source code ?

I got one of these board, and it had a Spartan xc3s50 on it, I'd be great to be able to reprogram/reload the board... the JTAG connector is present so it'd be fun to use the MINI GPIOS to play a bit file on the spartan on the fly to reconfigure the video for fun stuff !
Is the source of the current fpga obtainable ? It can't be massively complicated, and it'd be great to use as a base...
