Is there any sample for watchdog timer,PWM,I2C,GPIO with C#

Hi,

I'm new on Mini2440 device. I want to write some codes on it.
Only i can test user leds and serial port with compact framework.

But i didn't find compact framework samples for watchdog, PWM, I2C, GPIO.

If you are help me i'll be happy.
