Install Applications

Hi,
I have made a sample "hello World" aplication in VS2008 to make some tests.
To run this application in the board, i have instaled Windows Compackt Framework 2.0
Then i've installed my sample application and it runs ok.
When I restart the board, everything is gone. The Compackt Framework is not installed and the sample application as also desapear.
How can I install some application without lose it on every restart?
