One Led Control with GPIO ?

I want to open and close one led ,that is connected on GPIO interface(PORT
F-->GPF0-->EINT0-->Pin9),with two button (visual c++) under wince 6.0.

How can I do this? or How can I write this with c++?
My ce 6.0 image has GPIO
