Windows CE5.0 English BSP

Hey Guys,
I got a Mini2440 with a T35 LCD, could someone point me to an English version of the Windows CE 5.0 in the FTP. I flashed a Chinese version of it, and managed to find an English version of a Windows CE 6.0, but most of the code I'm finding is for CE5. Sorry for a n00b question.
