I used the new ce 5 bsp from friendlyarm. It loads straight into the ce 6 environment if you create a catalog file for it.

Any luck with the 6.0?

Afraid not, I got it to load into the platform builder, but there were parts of the code (usb and display that i noticed) that need updating for CE6.0.
I'm not a c or driver programmer so i left it at that.

I haven't been able to get a working image in either CE5 or 6 from the latest BSP yet.

Bummer. I've asked Yang Bing at FriendlyARM if he can compile an English run-time. If he did the Chinese, he should be able to whip out an English version with ease.

I found this today. Looks like the CE6 BSP.
Either from here (You have to register (in Chinese))

or go to the file server noted here:

I'm currently downloading CE6 to try it out.
Will report back...

I went thru the source drivers, it seems legitimate.
The sample applications are even more amazing - they show off all the hardware in wince, even the camera.
(I have not actually tried a WinCE6 image - just from the files)

Ive re-uploaded the .rar file here http://sharebee.com/b6b92441

Hi.
I have tried out that BSP. Seems to work fine. But I have one problem - when I download OS Image using DNW it boots, after reseting device - after reseting device and putting S2 to NAND it fails to start.

Am I doing something wrong? There are supervivi-128M at archive - need I to update bios?

I'm having the same problem. It works straight after flash (when still on NOR) but doesn't start after a reset into NAND.

I tried to update vivi without JTAG - nothing changed.
So I want to know how to flash NOR using JTAG? I just don't want to broken my board if something goes wrong/
After flashing have you made any changes on BIOS like partition or something else?

Can you write howto on flashing NOR and installing WINCE 6.0?
