PB 5.0 .dll error

I am development new kernel whit wince pb. 5.0
but evertime I giving error some .dll file is not import
what I can solving my problem

1. install wince 5.0
2.instal PB 5.0
3.instal mini2440 wince Bsp
4.import catalog
5.open work space mini2440 then sysgen and make 14 error

Do you install the PB update from the FTP?
