In eboot stage, there is a command to active serial console output. You can paste your serial output here.
1. Did you load all these image files under BBone20120522/images/wince/retail_uart1/?
2. How do you set your serial port parameter on your PC?
3. What kind of serial cable you used? cross or not cross?
4. Can you observe any serial pulse on UART port?
