• Guessing that is supposed to be 2024-03-26?

Currently on FW 8.10... using the BeadaPanel Service Tool, it shows there is no FW update available (see screenshot).

I had corrected the typos in sticky post and you can try to update your 2W now.

The Service Tool now recognizes that there should be a firmware update...

But it does not download... three attempts:
1. Sat at "Downloading" for 15min, never got past 5%
2. Reboot, try again... after one minute, message "Failed to Fetch" in the status section
3. Click update again... same as #1

Usually it was caused by poor internet condition. You can try update locally. Here is the image file https://www.nxelec.com/service/downloa ... 404201.zip

Downloaded... proceeded to update... then I get the error below:

Don’t touch the file you downloaded. Keep it as is to let Beadatools update.

• Tried to update, by choosing the ZIP file... same error.

• Downloaded the file again, to make sure... still same error.

• See screenshot.

Also tried just using the tool again... still getting the same thing happening... the very beginning of the download bar turns blue... then it just freezes.

It's not my internet connection... the direct download file, I can download in less than two seconds... not sure what error is happening in the background.

Can you have a check with MD5 checksum of this zip file?
The correct checksum should be:
