BeadaPanel 2W - 8.12 firmware not available?

Image was downloaded and flashed to our lab machine successfully. This image can be running in our lab flawlessly, along with your Mr. Do video. We did try to update new firmware v812 and it successed in our lab either.

I hate to ask, but can you try another USB C cable if you have by chance?

So I mentioned in an earlier comment that I tried that, but I tried again anyway, and still didn't work.

So then... and I don't know why I didn't think of this before... but since it worked on your end, I figure, what if I plug it in to a different computer, so pulled out my laptop, connected, and it updated right away.

So weird.

Thank you for the time you spent on this... next update that comes along, if it works, then I guess this is just one of those unexplainable things. But if it happens again, I'll do a little more digging, and see if I can figure out what's weird/different on my end, and pass it along if I figure it out.
