In the BSP files, there should be some sort of configuration file that sets the debugging port.
On the newer BSP for the mini2440 its called options.h
But can also be configured in PB project settings, disable KITL.

maybe strange quistion, can I use the the bsp version 5.0 in a windows playform builder 6 ??

It was build in a version 5

No you cant. Platform Builder 6 is for WinCE6.
At the moment, there is no known WinCE6 bsp for the Mini2440 - there are some in development, but I havent seen any of them.

You can get a trial of PB5 from Microsoft. Google for it.
