S3C2240 fails to downlod WinCE image file

Out of 5 boards I've purchased, 4 of them have stopped working. They stall at the start screen and will not boot into WinCE.

I've tried to download the latest WinCE image using the NOR flash boot untility but get the following error message:
OEMVerifyMemory: StartAddr: 0x80200000, Length:0x18ebb3c

You most likely need to update the pre-bootloader, ie supervivi.

Using the JTAG updated it to the latest one for your model (64 or 128)

most likely the image file you tried to download is not in the right format. i got this error when i tried downloading (with 'w') an .NB0 file instead of a .BIN file.

the .BIN file has some kind of header (B000FF something)...
