Post by Van Der Hinferm » Tue Dec 30, 2008 1:39 am

Hi to all.

I'm trying to expand my board with new devices, mainly attached to extra serial connectors, power and mic, but I don't know wich kind of connectors are and where can I find females for this ones. Any one who known it?

I've found them in Toby electronics.
Here are the female connectors: http://www.toby.co.uk/content/catalogue ... -xx-BSx1-G
And here is the flat cable for them: http://www.toby.co.uk/content/catalogue ... -xx-P-100F

I need some connectors and cables so I think I'll purchase them some products and make an adaptor putting in the other side 2.54 pitch connectors so I can connect everything.

Hey Van Der Hinferm! I didn't recognize you until now xD Hello man :)
Have you checked all the toby products?
I can't see the mini2440 board picture very well but may the connectors be one of these?

Hello eldruin, nice to see you again.

In the page you suggested may be PH connector works, looking in some webs I found JST connectors from Japan, it has more PH models available and are distributed by RS, Farnell, and others.

Anyone found 2mm flat cable assemblies without having to buy 100f or cables ?

I must say thes 2mm board connectors are a $@$#@$# pain. I had to use a breadboard in between to bridge my JTAG module !
