I had a rebuild of wince 5.0 image successfully with the folders. Could you please post error log you met? Thanks

If I export cec file and build from my old directory - everything built normally.

Seems like some files get corrupted during uploading. I'm uploading a .rar package for the whole folder qq2440a70-ce5 at
s3c2440/qq20081028cd2/WindowsCE5.0/qq2440a70-ce5_1.rar

You can download and have a retry. I will update the folder on FTP if the package work for you.
