Hi driftking47007,

visit the following page : https://sites.google.com/site/belina76/android-booting

The author shares his experience of running Android on his mini2440.

Please note what the author says in the "Install u-boot to Mini2440" section :
"If you go to the Git repository of the u-boot for Mini2440, it is a version of 02/02/2010, with the notes: "MINI2440: Updated early nand loader". I have tried several others, that did not work..."

The given instructions seem to work with a 1024Mb NAND Flash.

I have downloaded and compiled this version of U-Boot this afternoon : it also works for my mini2440 with a 64Mb NAND Flash ! (For the moment, I have only tried to run U-Boot from RAM).

Hope this helps...

driftking47007,

I forgot to mention that I had to comment the following line in include/configs/mini2440.h :
//#define CONFIG_USE_IRQ 1 /* Needed for USB device! */

Without this modification, U-Boot doesn't run from RAM (instruction gathered from http://bill.station51.net/index.php?pos ... n-Mini2440)

best regards.

Did anyone find a blue boot bag containing a pair of blue trainers at Hirst Lane on Sunday 30th Oct?

If so, could you please ring Steve Gatenby on 01274 596967.
