How to run latest supervivi on a GT2440/QQ2440 board?

1. Please select correct supervivi image for different nand flash size on your board
supervivi-64M for nand flash 64M
supervivi-128M for nand flash >64M
2. Please re-connect USB when you load wince image to your board
you may plug out and then plug in USB cable after you type ''w'' comand.
