busybox built with shared lib / kernel panic

Hello friends,

I have successfully build busybox with static option.
but when i am using build with shared lib option,and running through
the board (after making yaffs image and loading into NAND)got the message
kernel panic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
busybox created bin,sbin,usr and linuxxc by default.
I have created dev/console and etc/init.d/rcS (my init script,just echo "hello") and lib
(copy from target (libc) sources).
please give ur suggestions
what is wrong,.do i need some more dir.
With the above mention files static build is working and system is booting
from rcS script.but do not know why its not working with shared lib.


please share your views and suggestions,
