mini2440 LCDT35-090618 white LCD problem

I have mini2440
LCD board: LCDT35-090618
LCD model: TD035STED4

I not use long time my mini2440 and now when I try start LCD is white. I see only some details when look from angle. I can use any aplications and all works good but in LCD something is wrong. Maybe contrast is bad. I have instaled qtopia and never not change firmware in my mini2440. Anybody have experience with this problem? What I need chceck first. This is hardware or software problem?

From the model number I take it this is the 3.5" lcd.

I have seen this white problem sometimes when the power supply is having issues, or when the ribbon is loose.
Double check the ribbon connections and connector.
If that still fails, check that the board is set to the proper voltage (if you changed it)
Finally, check the power supply.
