1. Install H-JTAG in the window tool folder of the CD
2. Configure H-JTAG as the instruction in following link
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=10

3. Start H-FLASHER and Load the script “H-Flasher_mini2440.hfc”
4. In the programming tab, choose as follows:

Type: Plain Binary Format
The source file is “supervivi_mini2440”
The Dst Addr: 0

5. Switch Memory in the board to the NOR –Flash and Press the Program to burn

Note: Please use the H-JTAG 0.4.0 in the provided CD

Please help. I have followed the JTAG instructions to the letter but my development board with a core board will not come up. I keep getting the message "No NAND device found!!!" when I try to boot the board after JTAGging it. The JTAG operation always goes smoothly. What am I doing wrong? I have tried several JTAG files (supervivi-128M, supervivi-64M, supervivi_mini2440, and supervivi) with the same result.

Issue resolved. Use supervivi-128M from mini20091202.

The version of H-JTAG on the DVD is quite old (V0.44). If you download the latest version (V1.1) you will need to edit the H-Flasher_mini2440.hfc file.

Re supervivi64 and supervivi128, what are we supposed to use for the newer boards which have 256MB of NAND Flash ?

Later... if I had read the manual I would have seen :

supervivi-64M / root_qtopia-64M.img is for 64MB NAND
supervivi-128M / root_qtopia-128M.img is for 128MB / 256MB / 1GB NAND

I am using qq2440V3 board, MY board using K9F1208 64 MB NAND Flash and AM29LV160D 2 MB NOR Flash.
Which NOR BIOS has to be installed. Does Supervivi-64 compatible because i knew these two board (mini2440 and qq2440) are different.

The QQ line of boards is the older/original design. Use the -64 version.
