NAND partitions for Windows CE

Hi All,
Can someone please verify what the NAND partitions should be for a Windows CE installation? I currently have:
#: name size offset mask_flags
0: u-boot 0x00040000 0x00000000 0
1: env 0x00020000 0x00040000 0
2: kernel 0x00500000 0x00060000 0
3: root 0x0faa0000 0x00560000 0,
After loading STEPLDR.nb1, and EBOOT_256MB_W35.nb0 in NOR mode, I then load NK.bin in NAND mode. Windows CE starts up the very first time it is loaded, but then nothing happens each time I power cycle thereafter.
Please help!!
