GT2440 network driver CS8900

Post by robpelu » Mon Dec 19, 2011 6:21 am

Hi all.

I have a GT2440 and have compiled a linux kernel with xenomai via buildroot, loaded to an SD card and seems to be working.
I've used the mini2440_defconfig configuration file for the kernel but it selects the DM900 network driver as default, but it's not installed in this board.
Do somebody knows if the CS89x0 driver that comes with the linux kernel works by default with this board ?

If yes, how could I compile that driver for this board, because it's not available in the menuconfig of the kernel.

The thing is that I need the kernel 2.6.38.6 because is the one supported by Xenomai.

I could take a look to see if the driver source is the same, but in that case, could you tell me how to compile it for my kernel version ?
