VGA shield board

I made the driver for the VGA board, and it works great at 1024x768. I tried smaller resolutions (640x480 & 800x600) and they 'work' but the VGA output is still 1024x768, it just displays my image in top left corner.
I had a close look at the board and it seems there is a missing DIP switch block, which I strongly suspect is used to change the VGA output resolution.

Can we get the schematic of that board ? or at least /some/ documentation ? It arrived without anything.
