What does make this board so expensive, compared to the Mini2440 ?

I would also know, why it is so much more expensive ?

has starting price of 239 $US which sounds steep even for 200MHz ARM926EJ-S core device

of course it is cheap pcompared to the Atmel board:

compared to for example the following board its expensive:

for those who need similar form factor as micro2440 there is another one but price goes to as high as 319 $US (256M NAND)
