Bootstrap compilation

Hi,
I'm trying to compile the Bootstrap V1.15 and am having trouble. Can you tell me which compiler was used to compile the bootstrap that is shipped with the dev board. I need to know the exact version so I can download it and compile with it. Also, can you post the source code for the bootstrap that has the BP4 switch enabled. Atmel's bootstrap doesn't come with the recovery option.
