I found another problem in u-boot. U-boot do not ignore nand bad sectors. If i write rootfs into nand and in address range is bad block then u-boot stops writing and gives write error. Thank you for ansvers. I measured power supply voltage with multimeter and it is 4.7-4.8V. I will try replace another PS monday. Tested LCD voltage.
