Hi everyone,

I am an owner of Beada Panel 5C and I always run with Aida64. All is working perfectly like a charm. Then until 2 days ago, my screen suddenly only showed a black screen (with the backlight turned on). I thought my aida64 crashed/hang since I can't open Aida64 from my Windows taskbar.

I double-checked everything, and nothing was wrong, I restarted my pc, etc. Nothing changed.

I also noticed when my PC turned off/it was not connected to Aida64, It was not showing the photo gallery anymore, so I took the Micro SD card, put it into my SD card reader, and found one of the partitions cant be open, its the partition where usually we put the image/photo. Then I formatted that one and put a photo there.

I try to turn it on by connecting the USB cable to my PC, but it's still a black screen with a backlight on. I try to connect it to a USB charger, the same result.

However, I noticed the blue LED blinking 3 times, and the screen did not show up in Windows Device Manager. And in Aida64, it's showing this message:

I tried on a a different PC, but sadly it has the same result: the screen is black with the backlight turned on.

I just trying to connect the screen without an SD Card, and somehow it's detected by Windows Device Manager. At this point I don't know what is happening and what to do, can someone advise me on what I need to do?

We are sorry for the issue you met. We will quickly going through some steps for 100% ensure it is belong to hardware or software issue.
Could you mind backup a whole TF card image to a image file, compress it and upload it somewhere on cloud to let our support download and analysis in our lab? You can use tools like Diskgenius or Win32DiskImager to do this job.

or maybe do we have a way to reformat the SD card to work entirely new? Because I have a spare new SD Card with me, so maybe we can try to flash that SD card and see if everything solved?
